A bit slow and sometimes when I open the app I have to log in again even though I selected to stay logged in.

You can keep track better

I have three devices on my plan and Im happy I could keep track of everyones data usage, I know when my payments are due, I always have an explanation for what Im being charged, I can even control when to get notifications for my usage. Its great! I would say the only things that would make this app better is a page that describes each plan assigned to the phone number, and a fingerprint login. But lol dont ask me Im just a client;)

I would like to see my usage for international calling and roaming app add-ons.

I love this app, I refer to it all the time to see my usage and everyone elses that I have on my plan. It texts me when I get close to going over my data plan so I can adjust.

Works well, easy to use.

I really only use it to check my data usage periodically. It shows my usage as soon as I log in with no extra "clicks". So, that makes me happy.

I like that all my telus account information is available from my iPhone. I wish you could chat with a telus rep through the app.

But please include long distance usage and charges

Not that good. Works fine some days and then will not update for days. Frustrating.

Lots of pertinent info simply displayed for ease of reference. Main detraction is the number of clicks to get at any of that info. They could definitely streamline navigation. Otherwise great and very useful.

Very easy to use. Especially love that j can add any "add on" at any time and then remove it. I dont have to keep it for the whole month. Its so easy to manage myself with the click of a button. Wonderful app. Shows your bill, device balance etc.

This app is super easy to understand and use.

Its great having my account at my finger tips. Can usually get all I need without calling customer service.

The MyTelus app lets you access your account on the go and verify you preferences. You can easily track your data and cellular usage or change options. It has a user friendly interface that is easily navigated. Great app
